EMPLOYEE FEE STRUCTURE
1) Initiation Fee: A non-refundable $200 initiation fee is required to kickstart the recruitment process. This fee becomes due after your 30-minute assessment interview, during which we delve into your situation to ensure we can offer potential avenues to assist with your goals.
2) Seasonal Placement Fee: In cases of 'seasonal employment' placements, the employee is required to cover the $1000 fee after two weeks of starting the job.
3) Year-Round Placement Fee: In situations where there is a placement for 'year-round employment,' the employer is responsible for paying the $3000 placement fee at the hiring of the employee.
